A couple recently completed projects and one still in the works.
ONLINE INSTALLATION (it's complete!!) 40 rooms / 3 films / 1 abandoned building / ONLINE!! Over an hour of media ingestion that could change your eating habits. As an undergraduate thesis, I built an interactive webpage to simulate a film installation. Rather than construct an installation in a physical space and limit myself to those select few who can rip themselves away from the Internet I want to meet people where they are which, in my opinion, is in front of the computer screen. I hope you enjoy/ed it and would love to hear your thoughts on it.
R. BUCKMINSTER FULLER PROMOS I finished my internship with RBFDomeNFP. Check out the youTube channel I created for them and the videos therein.
THE REAL TWIST (a Documentary about a clown) This
is a project that has been in the works since 1997 and it will most
likely be an ongoing project. I do plan on having a cut put together
by this May. There will be a website (therealtwist.com) to support the
final project and to host the archive. The ideal plan is to produce a
feature film about the 27 years that Toby Johnson was Toby Twist the
Clown. It reveals The Real Twist.

DreamingTurtle on the DRUMS (youTube videos). I made friends with a few musicians in Carbondale (Andy Jones, Alex Ryterski and Dan Staggs) and we made a few songs (I just played the drums). This was a dream come true for me. A short story: I took a music test in 3rd grade and I scored the highest along with another girl. I was given my choice of instrument to play and learn and I chose the drums. It turns out that the one weakness that I had was rythum. Some seasoned drummer pattered out a few beats on the table and asked me to do it back to him. I was at a complete loss. I guess, when it comes to drums, either you are a natural savant or you don't even get to try. Ever since then it has been my dream to play drums. I did play the bass drum in High School Marching Band and Pep Band but I was a much better trumpet player (I was second chair out of 20). But what I really wanted was to play the set like all my friends were doing. I could never afford a set and I really wasn't good enough to sit in for anyone. That all changed when I met Alex. He just wanted to play music and needed someone to keep a beat while he went off on the guitar. Also, I think it will be a long time before I ever play guitar good enough to perform. Anyway, this was a dream of mine and the link will take you to 31 videos about my experience with Alex and the bands in Carbondale, Illinois. Enjoy!
